pon&zi was just all around...
RAO TANG LAI CAI YING's back from yishun's got talent aka choir camp!LONG post.it was great!
exciting and tiring. the camp's the memorable one. & the NDP!
& unfortunately,we need to surrender our valuables and 10.30pm collect back.
7.30am need to surrender again!i hate my pimple face can?! don't know what happen! my grp leaders are:eunice & Xiaohan
grp member:Stephanie,Eugene,sandy,thiviyya,kailing&priscilla
& i change song coz the committees keep singing this song! xD
DAY118NOV08'
report at the music room and start the camp briefing.
we were separated into grps of 4:WHITNEY,JULIE,MARIAH,LEA!
singers name huh? i'm was MARIAH carey grp.
after that,we carry our stuffs to our rooms. we're taking 3E9classroom.
we ate lunch.the food is quite ok.i did ate it! =)
then after we ate our lunch,we proceed to the music room for icebreakers. damn fun!
after playing,we've choir rehearsals with mr poon from 3pm-6pm.
we had our dinner @ 6.30pm and prepare for games.
the games was scary.. they have to close all the light in the auditorium and we have to walk around and grab the box and touch it see what's inside and classify them out.priscilla darling was there. ROY:THE TOAD! i didn't touch it! im so afraid. i scream a few times!around 8.30pm,it's shower time and song preparation. after showering, i brush my teeth.we took the shower around 9plus.. 10.30pm lights out. basically not much thing happen on the 1st day.i just don't sleep well and the floor's hard. so i use my sweater & towel to treat it as a pillow. charge my hp & play with ROY:THE TOAD! in the end slept awhile.
DAY2brushteeth in the morning & my eyes was about to close.
7.30am-5BX. morning workout.i wore slippers.
and ms ng says we need to wear shoes.so those who wore slippers ran up the room to get our shoes.we did some warm-ups. after the warm-up exercise,we ran around the sch 1 round. it was really tiring coz i don't sleep well on DAY1 night.
we had our breakfast at 8.30am. and it's soya milk again! anw,we everyday drink soya milk and everyday the rice have chicken. i don't like it :X
after eating,we proceed to the music room again for the vocal skills workshop.
ms LOVY ng did some introduction to singing.
after that,ms GRACE ng came. so she listen to how we sing.
hotaru koi is better than the river sleeps...
she teach alot of things eg:vocal techniques and how to get the note right..
did alot of wierd things like:ah-ah-AH-ah-ah,wooooooooah,mm mm MM mm mm(hump,mah meh mee ae oo etc.she taught us how to use chest voice and head voice. so 3by3 or 4to4 in each section go to the piano there and do the woooohh~ but me,zhixian&sandy can't get our chest voice right! in the end we did it. so we sang the song and our voice become more richer. it's better than before. it's really damn tiring after producing alot of vocal sound. 3 hours leh. at 12pm we had our lunch. and prepare for games.
it's balloon games okay?! i'm really scared and i've phoebia in it. almost cried out.
we had team building games again then games. then at 3pm we had our choir rehearsal with mr poon again. and at 5.30pm,we had BBQ in school! yummy!! i ate alot and drank some coke. i ate satay,stinray,otah,chicken wing,crabmeat& sausage, can't recall le.
after BBQing,we had water bomb game.
ms ng said we have to wear shoes again! it'll be wet okay?! no choice!
i filled up alot of plastic bags with water and tied it! beverly counted 100plus plastic bags. it's night but the sky is orangish. it's raining soon.
and indeed! it was drizzling. we all had our lightsticks with us. and we have to find rubberbands around and somehow i didn't get wet at first.. but in the end beverly saw it. and bomb me.. i got wet again! damn suang! & it's dark!
9.30pm. took our bath & song prep! there were some foods left. & i ate it. coz im still hungry then. we practice the song till 1.30am! and we decided to sing and dance what i've been looking for from HSM. so eugene wrote down the lyrics. & back to sleep. we were extremely exhausted! so we slept. around 4am, i wanna go toilet. feel very urgent and everybody was sleeping! so i went there myself! so eerie.. and the toilet was a lil bit creepy since no one was there. haha :D
DAY3wokeup at 7.30am. my eyes was about to close. & went to the toilet brush our teeth.
it was occupied by so many ppl. we didn't have our 5BX in the morning. so we played games again. we played concentration game together. after that,we had our breakfast at 8.30am. after that,we had choir rehearsal with mr poon again at music room.
& did some cleanups. we just arrange the tables back and cleanup the cafeteria. that's all. we had some muscal rehearsals.. practise the dance steps together.
those idea is from priscilla and thiviyya. & the last pose so wierd. both fingers poke our nosrils. that was priscilla's idea. we're mad! & hyper at that time.
it's like a boy and a girl dancing and split into 4 couples. it's romantic can?!
so im the girl & stephanie was the boy. & we dance dance dance together till mad!
after the musical rehearsal,we had our lunch at 12.30pm. after the lunch,the whole choir grps rehearse awhile. & wait for the judges to come. soon we had our 'YISHUN'S GOT TALENT musical..' the judges are ms winnie & ms puttiwan. & ms ng did the filming.. she was taking pics and videos.
WHITNEY was the 1st grp to dance! they sang this's me! & so cute~ they were dancing!
MARIAH was the 2nd grp! which's our grp! i'm sure the audience will laugh till ROFL!
and they did even the judges too! ms ng was laughing. & i forget some of the steps coz i was laughing all the way at the same time and was wondering what will the rest of the choir grps think about our last pose! priscilla was damn crazy ya?!! she said hang there! poke our nose using 2fingers & do the pose was hilarious!
LEA was the 3nd group. i've forgotten what they did already!
JULIE's the last group to perform. i think they did some skit. and they were so united while dancing.exactly every group was united!
after the whole musical performance,we had the prize giving ceremony.
for overall marks,WHITNEY came in 1st,LEA came in 2nd,MARIAH came in 3rd and JULIE 4th. the 1st and 2nd grp got their prizes while the 3rd & 4th didn't got the prize. quite unfair! but that's it!
soon @ 2plus we have to do some reflections,... ms ng said we've to share our reflections to the whole choir group. i was a lil bit shy. but i talk around 3to4 sentence. after everyone said their reflections,we've to sign and write something good about one another on the autograph which is the last page of the worksheet.
