pon&zi was just all around...
today we have geog test and maths test.i think i will fail my geog testcoz i mix up the destructive waves and constructive waves.i find the maths test quite easy.hope i can pass.ytd went to fort canning park.went to at-sunrice global chef academy@ fort canning centre.we had a drink and have some snacks there.we were split into 2 grps with 15 ppl.firstly, we went to the spice garden walk.met chef rapeepat and chef mac donald.chef rapeepepat or we call him chef A,lead us to the spice garden walk.we first apply some insect repellent.he introduce us a lot of herbs and spices.the after that, we headed back to the globalchef academy.i got 5 ppl in my group.meijing,me,manmang,dalia and a girl whom i don't know her name.qamarul,ruzaini,pavithra & shanthiya formed a grp.there were other classes. the 3 express students.then junhao,chinwee and warren form another grpwhich's just beside us.one of the chef taught us how to cookthe herb roasted chicken and basil mashed potato.simply follow the steps given by the chef.mix a lot of ingredient to the chicken.then put inside the oven.then cook the mashed potato and add some butter& some ingredient.after we made the roasted chicken and basil mashed potato,we did our plating.then after that i packed the food together and put inside the box to bring home to eat.or we can eat there.after we eat,we packed our bagsthen the chef gave the cert to us.around 6 plus we took the bus back to schoolthen go home.took some pics.i've F&N test tomorrowso cannot spend more time using the computer.
